    Description

      Context: see parent task.

      Once all other sub-tasks of OPT-3093 are done, we can add a WebhookNotificationService for sending out alerts to the configured webhooks.

       

      AT:

      • There exists a service which sends a request to a configured webhook if a given alert which specifies a webhook notification is triggered
      • if there are multiple targets configured to send the event to (email & webhook) a failure on triggering one of them should not interfere with the other, we always try to send to all targets
      • Add an example webhook for E2E 
      • in the Optimize example repository I can read about an example on how to configure custom notification systems (possibly slack) --> OPT-3399
