Add a 1.2/1.3 DMN decision diagram to the data generation

      Context:
      If we want to support the new DMN 1.2/1.3 version, we also need to be able to manually test the behavior and, thus, should add respective diagrams.

      AT:

      • new DMN 1.2 and 1.3 diagrams are added to the data generation
      • the names indicate which DMN version the diagrams have
      • it is possible to configure in the data generation module:
        • the count of decision instances that have been triggered for evaluation
        • the decisions that I want to deploy and evaluate
      • the front-end is still able to use the data generation module
      • the Jenkins pipeline for generating data is adjusted as well
