L3 - Default Reproduce:
Send a request to (LoadVariable/loadFlowNodeNames/Report evaluation) with empty definition versions array
Observed:
The request fails. The requests, however, works for the case sending empty tenants array and returns an empty array.
Expected:
The above endpoints should also return an empty result in case of sending an empty versions array
Context: In the report builder, when selecting 'specific versions' from the definition selection without selecting any version, the report appears as not configured where it should return empty result instead just like the case for the tenants.
