      Context:
      In SUPPORT-7070 we ran into the situation that user used to import data from the engine lacked authorizations to some tenants. However there were decision instances present for this tenant which lead to the decision import getting blocked on definitions originating from a tenant the user was not authorized to.

      AT:

      • the documentation makes it clear the the user used for import needs access to all tenants of a connected engine
