Context:
In SUPPORT-7157 it was reported that the latest docker image of 3.0.0-alpha is not starting properly. The reason was that the image does not contain the `lib` folder.
Our internal images built from the master branch however work properly.

AT:

• the cause for the lack of the lib folder in this image is identified and fixed
• the release guides contains a step to test the docker container
