Improve dashboard loading error handling

      Context: 
      When a Dashboard is in autorefresh and the request for loading a dashboard fails, the page is redirected to an error page and the dashboard is not shown anymore. Users have to manually refresh the page to see the dashboard again.

      AT:

      • When a request for loading a dashboard fails during an autorefresh, the dashboard is still shown.
      • The failure should also still be indicated through a notification error.
