Migrate frontend to new generic definitions endpoint

    Description

      With OPT-3052, the separate decision- and processDefinition endpoints were merged into the generic definition endpoint. The frontend needs migrated to use this generic endpoint instead of the separate decision/process ones. Documentation on the new generic endpoints on confluence: https://confluence.camunda.com/display/CO/Definitions
