L3 - Default Reproduce:
- Have a valid license
- Goto http://localhost:3000/#/license/
Expected:
- I can see a page with information about the current license and have the ability to provide another license
Observed:
- Error Message: 'This link is not valid.'

Context: In a previous release, the license page was separate, so a user could always go to it manually, even though we did not have a link to it. Now, the License page is part of the Optimize build and only displayed if we get a "noLicenseStored" error from the backend. This makes it impossible to manually go to the license püage and check the current license information.
We should have a concrete route that the user can go to to see the license page
