Context:
With OPT-2820, we introduced support for DMN 1.2 and 1.3. In order to be able to test that we added tests for engines that included the DMN support. However, we were also supporting engine versions that don't have the DMN support. To be able to test among others we introduced a test annotation that skips tests if the engine is not supported DMN. Also, an engine alpha version has been added to the engine compatibility tests. All that can be removed, once we only support engine versions that include DMN support.
