L3 - Default Context:
In SUPPORT-7211 a customer ran into the situation that there were two published states for one single event based process. This can happen due to a possible race-condition between multiple publish requests.
AT:
- race condition between multiple publish requests is prevented
- if that situations occurs the event based process endpoints should be resilient and not fail, to give the user the opportunity to resolve the situation by republishing
