Cannot add Reports to new Dashboard

      Reproduce:

      • Create a Report
      • Create a new Dashboard, but don't save it
      • Refresh the page
      • Add a Report

      Expected:

      • The Report is added to the dashboard and can be placed with the mouse

      Observed:

      • The Report is invisible (only a faint vertical line where the left border of the report would be is visible)
      • When resizing the browser window, the report appears

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
