L3 - Default Description
Reproduce:
- Create a report with both the Suspended Instances Only and the Non Suspended Instances Only filter
Expected:
- There is a warning that the filters are incompatible with each other, the same warning we show for running and completed instances.
Observed:
- There is no such warning
There are also other scenarios that always result in an empty report result. We need to identify these scenarios and also show a warning for those.
