    Description

      Reproduce:

      • Have an EntityList with enough entries to be scollable
      • scroll an entry so it is half hidden behind the header
      • hover over the entry

      Expected:

      • The context menu is below the header (as is the rest of the entry)

      Observed:

      • The context menu is above the header
