      Description

      Context:
      https://confluence.camunda.com/display/CO/2020-03-25+The+back-end+Senate+-+March+II:
During the test run I always get: [main] ERROR o.c.o.plugin.PluginJarFileLoader - The configured plugin directory [./plugin] does not exist! which is very misleading and feels like something is wrong. We should only throw errors if there's anything been done wrong

      AT:

      • there is no plugin error showing up in a test run
