[OPT-3499] What's new message is outdated after upgrade - camunda JIRA

We couldn't load all Actvitity tabs. Refresh the page to try again.

given:
- I use Optimize 2.7.0 and open the UI in my browser
- I upgrade Optimize to 3.0.0
when:
- I open the UI of the new Optimize version and click on the what's new dialog button
then:
- I see the dialog of Optimize 2.7.0
expected:
- I see the dialog of Optimize 3.0.0

Hint:
We cache the request in the browser but the front-end does not send the Optimize version.
