Upgrade does not tell if the elasticsearch version is wrong

      Given:
      I upgrade from 2.7.0 but have forgotten to upgrade elasticsearch first:

      When:
      I run the upgrade script

      Then:
      I get the error:

      Execute upgrade...
      15:26:12.505 - Was not able to retrieve metaData index, schema might not have been initialized yet if this is the first startup!
