Create a jenkins job to test if the startup/upgrade script output contains warnings/errors

      Context:
      Right before we ship the release we do extensive release testing which includes checking that the logs of the upgrade/startup script of Optimize don't contain any warnings. It happened several times that this was the case and then we had to hotfix them since customers get confused by those warnings.

      AT:

      • there's a nightly Jenkins job that checks if the logs of the upgrade/startup script contain any logs or errors
