Adjust static date variable filter to new structure

      In OPT-3519, we update the structure for the existing static date variable filters. We need to adjust the existing functionality in the frontend to the new structure in order for it to continue working.

      Out of scope:
      Adding new functionality for relative and rolling date variable filter.
