Context:

In the outlier analysis, you can download a csv for process instance IDs that share a specific common significant variable. This button currently uses the /significantOutlierVariableTerms/processInstanceIdsExport endpoint. Once OPT-3598 is done, we can migrate this button to use the new csv endpoint using filters for the flownode, duration (higher/lower outlier bounds) and variable, including the columns ID, duration, startTime, endTime and businessKey.
