Description
Context:
In the configuration service, we have configurations that allow adjusting the endpoints. But we don't test that and thus don't use it consistently, e.g. in the fetcher classes, we have a static variable for the endpoints. But in others we use getProcessDefinitionEndpoint. Also, we don't test it if the adjustment of the configuration works and it's not clear why a user would like to change the engine endpoint path at all.
AT:
- the engine endpont constants are moved from the configuration to the EngineConstantsUtil class
- the online documentation is adjusted accordingly
