Given:
I have a stored license in Optimize that expired
When:
I access Optimize in the browser (no pre-existing session-cookie)
Then:
I see the Home page as well as three license error messages (Login is bypassed), see screenshot.
Expected:
On access I should get redirected to the license page to update the license
