Performance Distribution: I can group Process/FlowNode/UserTask Instance Count by Duration

XMLWordPrintable

What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

As an Optimize User, I would like to be able to create reports that show number of process instances grouped by duration, so that I can easily see the distribution of durations.

As an Optimize User, I would like to be able to create reports that show number of a specific flow node or user task grouped by duration, so that I can easily see the distribution of durations.

Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

Quickly identify distribution of durations and see if there are certain instances (process instances or flow nodes or user tasks) that take especially long or if all are pretty similar.

      Hint

      Most probably:

      View Grouped By Distributed By
Process Instance count (Process Instance) Duration None
Flow Node count (Flow Node) Duration Flow Node
Flow Node count (Flow Node) Duration None
User Task count (User Task) Duration User Task
User Task Count (User Task) Duration None

The first row is pretty clear. The flow node and user task views needs probably more discussion.

As a User I would like to simply "filter" for a specific flow node or user task and not include all at the same time.

We have this already in the Outlier Analysis but not as a report. The idea would be to allow also building such visualization as we have in the Outlier Analysis overlay.
