L3 - Default Reproduce:
- Set a target value for an element where the instance frequency is zero
- Open the result pop up (hover over the element)
Expected behavior:
- There should be a hint that no instances have passed the element and that it is not possible to calculate a result.
Observed behavior:
- The field for the actual value is empty
- NaN% above target
