Remove specific JDK version in Installation Docs

      Context:
      In Prerequisities https://docs.camunda.org/optimize/latest/technical-guide/setup/installation/#prerequisites we explicitly mention that the customer needs to install JDK8 to use Optimize. This lead to misunderstandings that e.g. Optimize only supports JDK8 (SUPPORT-7729), in order to avoid this in future we should remove mentioning any specific version there but rather link to the supported environments https://docs.camunda.org/optimize/latest/technical-guide/supported-environments/#java-runtime.
