Inaccurate description in assignee filter modal

      Context:

      When creating an "exclude only" assignee filter, the modal still says "The following selections will be included" which can be a bit confusing for the user (see attached screenshot).

       

      AT:

      • The text is changed to say "The following selections will be excluded"
