AC:
1. When import is in progress there should be "Import in progress N %" text in footer, where N is number from 0 to 100 showing import progress.
2. There also should be engine and elastic search connection icon shown next to import progress. Green when everything is connected and red otherwise with details in tooltip.
3. Both elements described refresh once in while (currently every 5 seconds) during import.
4. Both elements are hidden when import is complete.
5. Auto-refresh is disabled when import is complete.
