Reset the external event trace and sequence count indices

    Description

      Given the dependence of autogeneration on accurate trace states and sequences, we should reset the current states for external events. Deleting the indices and resetting the import index docs would start the processing from scratch using the new sorting criteria.

      AT:

      • The external event trace states and sequence counts are restarted from scratch
      • Documentation is added that explains that after the upgrade, there might be a period of time where event counts and event suggestions are inaccurate until it has caught up
