Add a script to the demo distribution to start Elasticsearch only

      Context:
      If a customer or a consultant needs to trigger a reimport then they need to manually start Elasticsearch which can be a bit cumbersome to find out how. It would be nice to have a script in place that can take care of that.

      AT:

      • there's are scripts available to start Elasticsearch only for the Optimize demo distribution
      • one is a script to start Elasticsearch on Linux and the other one on Windows

      Hint:
      startElasticOnly.sh contains an example startup script from the Consultants.
