What is the desired functionality that you are missing?
As an Optimize User, I would like to be able to define a default refresh rate of the dashboard view that is persisted in the dashboard configuration (configuration within edit mode) and is visible in view mode - no matter which user opens it there should be one refresh rate for the dashboard.
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
Optimize Dashboard Viewers have the dashboard open and would like that it automatically refreshs the report data regularly. This is already possible, but every time I open the dashboard I need to reset the refresh time since there it's always off per default. This is very annoying - especially when I work with the dashboard on a daily basis.
