Display axis labels in charts by default

      Cause: Currently values of the view and group selections are displayed in a chart, but their labels are omitted. It is unclear what the charts display.

      • Display axis labels for charts 
      • Use same styling as other labels
      • Allow value to be edited/removed from the input field in the configuration pop over
