Context:
Currently event based process mappings only have a last modifier field but no owner field.
As all other user created entities have an owner field it would be more consistent to do so for event based process mappings as well.

AT:

• an owner field is added to an event based process on creation
• existing event based processes get the last modifier assigned as owner
• the owner is displayed in the view mode of the event based process
