    Description

What are the steps to reproduce your problem?

      **Create a new Dashboard

Add a Dashboard Start Date Filter

Add a Dashboard End Date Filter

      Save the Dashboard

Choose a Fixed Start Date Range

Click on Reset All Link next to Filters

      What is the problem?

Start Date is not completely reset, but stays at "Fixed Range" instead of "off"

The "Reset" button within the start date filter itself resets correctly.

What would be the expected behavior:

Start Date Filter is "off" after "Reset All"
