What are the steps to reproduce your problem?

• Create a Dashboard
• create a report with longer report name
• Place report on dashboard with only one or two columns
• save dashboard
• hover over title

What is the problem?

Tooltip has wrong positon (see screenshot)

What would be the expected behavior:

Tooltip should be centered below the text correctly.
