L3 - Default Description
Context:
With OPT-3705, we made RunningDate reports combinable with End- and StartDate reports in the backend. It appears that when creating a combined report, the frontend applies its own filter logic to create the "Available Reports" list, which for running date reports does not yet include start and end date reports.
