Description
Context:
With OPT-3833, we adjust the date results of a report to the timezone provided by the user. However, there are some code parts where the timezone is not used at first but then, later on, it's converted to the correct time. That makes the usage of some methods susceptible to errors because the developer has to know that the date needs to be converted to the correct timezone.
