NaN in userTask distributed by bar chart

      Given:
      A user task report groupedBy Start data distributed by assignee (any other distribution causes this as well)

      When:
      I hover on the bars

      Then:
      I see the absolute count as well as a `NaN` percentage

      Expected:
      The percentage should have a valid value

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
