Versions aren't sorted correctly in report building dropdown

    Description

      When the FE requests versions for a given definition, the backend returns the list of versions as sorted strings (see attached). However, the sort order should be numerically sorted.

      ATs:

      • The versions are returned sorted numerically rather than by String value
