I can use the new "contains"/"not contains" operator for string variable in reports

      • The report filter UI for string variables allows to use the new "contains" and "not contains" operators
      • This works for both string variables in process and decision reports
      • The new operators can also be used in Dashboard filters

            Please note that the new filter operators will not work until OPT-4004 is implemented. I think we can still move forward with this, as adding such a filter does not crash Optimize.
