This is about more basic usage data, e.g.:

• number of entities present (collections, dashboards, reports, event based processes, alerts)
• number of engines entities (process definitions, versions, activity instance, process instances, user tasks)
• number of ingested external events

Note:

• Spike into how difficult this is to implement. Final scope should be determined based on the spike

Use Cases:

• CSMs can see when their customers are inactive or not adopting
• PMs/designers can view a distribution of how much different customers are using the platform
• In the longer term, PMs/designers can compare the usage on Camunda Cloud against Camunda Platform
