Clean Up Table Columns Lists if Variables are Removed

      Context:
      With OPT-4031, we're adding a new TableColumnsDto to the report configuration which has lists for included and excluded columns. New variables are added to those lists upon report evaluation. We should also consider the case of variables disappearing (say if the relevant historic data has been cleaned up), in which case these variables should be removed from the lists.
