Description
Currently, we have an optional query parameter when fetching definition keys that specifies whether or not to exclude event based process from the resulting keys. However, we should also be excluding Camunda process definition keys that cannot be used for event based process publishing, as this is the only scenarios we use this query parameter for.
We should have another parameter that only returns Camunda definition keys where the necessary indices exist for it to be used in an event based process. Possibly something along the lines of camundaEventImportedOnly
