Allow EntityLists to be sortable

      AT:

      • The EntityList component has an API to allow changing the sorting
      • The new sorting API is used for the EntityLists on the Home and Collection main page (Alerts, Users, Sources, etc. are not sortable)
      • It is possible to change the sorting via a sorting menu
      • It is possible to sort by the icon column (only by the sort menu, not via the column header)
