Frequency query returns instances that do not meet used variable filter

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Start backend with front-end demo data
      2. Go to leadQualification process definition
      3. add variable filter with qualified = true

      Expected:
      1. All instances should choose upper path with qualified = true.

      Actual:
      1. Some instances choose lower path with qualified = false.
