I can see import running against setup on separate machines with KN data

      Right now import performance on stage and local development machines is rather slow, in order to understand better if that is only a hardware problem please provide a setup in Amazon where all components are spread on different hosts:

      1. host with oracle/postgres database and large dataset dump (see here)
      2. host with Optimize
      3. host with Elasticsearch
      4. host with engine

      Ideally we would be able to run such setup with latest snapshot of optimize for testing on demand.
