      • when:
        • I open the environment file of Optimize 3.0/3.1
      • then:
        • I see a link to the documentation that looks like this: 
          https://docs.camunda.org/optimize/${docs.version}/technical-guide/setup/configuration/
      • expected:
        • the link should contain the Optimize version, e.g.: 
          https://docs.camunda.org/optimize/latest/technical-guide/setup/configuration/
