What is the desired functionality that you are missing?
**As a User I would like to be able to configure webhooks in the user interface rather than in the environment-config.
It needs to be considered if every user should have the permission to create new webhooks or if this depends on the role.
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
Today Webhooks (for Alerts) have to be configured in the configuration (environment-config).
The issue is that this means that only Administrators / Operators of the System can configure new webhoooks. Additionally every configuration means a new deployment or at least a restart of Optimize.
This is a challenge and slows down usage of Webhooks.
This is also relevant for Cloud.
