AT:

• the report configuration field `customNumberBucket` is renamed to `customBucket`
• two new properties are added `bucketSizeUnit` and `baselineUnit` which are backed by a time unit enumeration (allowed values `millisecond`, `second`, `minute`, `hour`, `day`, `week`, `month`, `year`)
• the changes are reflected in the REST API docs
• if the custom number bucket configuration exceeds the aggregation bucket limit the result needs to get limited and flagged as incomplete
