      Context:

      With OPT-4112, we are adding telemetry permissions (enable/disable telemetry) to Optimize. This setting can only be configured by superusers, "normal" users will just be informed of whether telemetry is dis/enabled but will not be authorized to change this settings. 

      The documentation should reflect this new addition to superuser privileges.
