    Description

      Context:

      In order to be transparent about whether or not Optimize is sending telemetry data, we want to display the telemetry permissions settings that have been added to Optimize with OPT-4112 on the login screen for users.

      Details for this ticket (what exactly to display and where on the login screen to display this) are still to be decided upon (and should be kept consistent with other projects).
