See parent ticket. For now, Optimize telemetry is to be sent every 24h to the telemetry endpoint. 

Telemetry endpoints:  

• Production: https://api.telemetry.camunda.cloud/pings
• Integration: https://api.int.telemetry.camunda.cloud/pings

 Note: consider adding the telemetry sending interval and endpoint as config params
