      Context:

      See parent ticket. For now, Optimize telemetry is to be sent every 24h to the telemetry endpoint. 

      Telemetry endpoints:  

       Note: consider adding the telemetry sending interval and endpoint as config params

      • Optimize can send telemetry data to the ET endpoint at a set time interval
